Declaration of the American People

Revocation of Donald J. Trump’s Visa and Prohibition of His Return Pending Constitutional Convention

We, the People of the United States of America — the rightful and ultimate sovereigns of this Nation — hereby DECLARE that Donald John Trump’s privileges to enter, reside in, or act within the jurisdiction of the United States are REVOKED, effective immediately.

By this declaration, we assert:

  • That the People possess an inalienable right to withdraw confidence from any individual who threatens the integrity of our Republic, irrespective of title or past office.
  • That the sovereignty of the People supersedes any position or office, including the Presidency, and that the sacred trust between the governed and those in power must be continually reaffirmed, not presumed.
  • That the return of Donald J. Trump to the United States poses a material threat to the peace, order, and constitutional stability of the Union at a time when the People's faith in their government teeters at the edge.

Accordingly:

  1. Donald J. Trump is hereby forbidden from returning to the sovereign soil of the United States until such time as:
    • The Congress of the United States formally convenes an Article V Constitutional Convention, wherein the People may, through their states, redress the accumulation of abuses and restore fidelity to the Constitution.
    • A full and independent review of Donald J. Trump’s conduct, both public and private, is conducted to determine whether he is fit to be readmitted to American soil and public discourse.
  2. Any act by federal, state, or local authorities to facilitate his return prior to the satisfaction of these conditions shall be deemed a betrayal of the People’s trust and a violation of the Republic’s founding principles.

This Declaration is not issued lightly. It is in keeping with the spirit and letter of the Declaration of Independence, which states that:

“Whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government...”

Therefore, let all who read these words understand: this is not an act of vengeance, but of prudence — an act not to destroy, but to preserve, to guard the tree of liberty against decay from within.

Until Congress heeds the call of the People and convenes a Constitutional Convention to address the deep and festering wounds of this Nation, Donald John Trump shall not return to American soil in the name of the American People.

So Declared, and So Ordered.
