Open Letter Declaration to the President of the United States
Date: April 26, 2025
From: Killian Yates and the American People
Subject: ) Demand for the Removal of Kash Patel as Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)
Mr. President,
We, the American people — in one voice with clear minds and unwavering conviction — formally demand the immediate removal of Kash Patel from his position as Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
The FBI, under Kash Patel’s leadership, has utterly failed in its most fundamental duty: protecting the American people from threats both foreign and domestic.
Despite multiple good-faith attempts to report credible information concerning:
- Law enforcement officers addicted to fentanyl and involved in its illegal distribution,
- Law enforcement officers participating in the human trafficking and smuggling of individuals across our borders, and
- Law enforcement officers engaged in sexual crimes against minors,
the FBI has consistently refused to act or even acknowledge these urgent, credible reports.
This isn't just neglect. This is complicity through inaction.
No American citizen should ever be forced to wonder whether the nation’s highest domestic law enforcement agency is ignoring crimes against our children.
No American should have to ask whether the very people tasked with investigating crime are too entangled with the criminals themselves to act.
The FBI exists to be a sword and shield for justice — not a political tool, not a bystander, and certainly not a shelter for corruption.
Mr. President, the American people entrusted you with the highest office in the land to defend this Republic and uphold the rule of law.
Kash Patel has demonstrated he is either unwilling or incapable of ensuring that the FBI operates with the transparency, honor, urgency, and independence demanded by our Constitution.
We therefore declare:
Kash Patel must be removed immediately and replaced with a Director who will fearlessly investigate public corruption, protect the vulnerable, and restore the American people's faith in justice.
Every moment of delay is a betrayal to the victims waiting for justice, and a stain on the very meaning of America itself.
We expect your action, not empty words.
Sincerely,
Killian Yates
On behalf of the American People
