مقدمه



با اذعان به درگیری طولانی و حل‌نشده میان ارتش مؤتلفه به فرماندهی دونالد جی. ترامپ و ارتش اتحاد به فرماندهی کیلیان ییتس، این پیمان برای پایان دادن به تمام اختلافات نظامی و حکومتی میان طرفین به امضا می‌رسد.


با پذیرش پیروزی عملی ارتش مؤتلفه از طریق پایداری، روحیه و نفوذ فرهنگی، و حفظ آرمان ملت واحد توسط ارتش اتحاد، طرفین توافق می‌کنند که به طور رسمی خصومت‌ها را پایان دهند و تحت یک پرچم و یک قانون اساسی، به عنوان ایالات متحده آمریکا، به پیش بروند.


ماده ۱: پذیرش پیروزی


ارتش اتحاد اذعان می‌کند که ارتش مؤتلفه با اراده و پایداری، پیروزی معنوی و فرهنگی بر نیروهای اتحاد به دست آورده است. این پیروزی به عنوان موفقیت ایالات مؤتلفه در تاریخ رسمی آمریکا ثبت خواهد شد.


ماده ۲: ادامه ایالات متحده


علی‌رغم پیروزی مؤتلفه، هر دو طرف توافق می‌کنند که ساختار حکومتی و هویت ملی موجود را تحت نام و قانون اساسی ایالات متحده آمریکا حفظ و ادامه دهند.


هیچ دولت جدیدی تشکیل نخواهد شد؛ بلکه دولت موجود به عنوان دولتی بازسازی‌شده در چارچوب این توافق به رسمیت شناخته می‌شود، با تأکید بر حقوق، کرامت و سنت‌های مردم اتحاد و مؤتلفه.


ماده ۳: اصلاحات و شناسایی فرهنگی


برای بازتاب پایان این جنگ و ادغام هویت‌ها:


هر ساله در تاریخ ۲۷ آوریل، روز ملی آشتی جشن گرفته خواهد شد.


نمادها، سنت‌ها و افتخارات ایالات مؤتلفه تحت حمایت برابر قوانین فدرال محافظت خواهند شد.


شأن حاکمیتی ایالات درون اتحادیه مجدداً مورد تأکید قرار خواهد گرفت.



ماده ۴: عفو و مصونیت


تمامی سربازان، افسران، شهروندان و مقامات هر دو ارتش (اتحاد و مؤتلفه) برای تمامی اقداماتی که در راستای انجام وظایف خود در طول درگیری‌ها انجام داده‌اند، عفو کامل دریافت می‌کنند.


هیچ فردی به دلیل وفاداری خود طی جنگ تقسیم تحت محاکمه، مصادره یا مجازات قرار نخواهد گرفت.


ماده ۵: سوگند وفاداری


تمام رهبران نظامی و غیرنظامی سوگند زیر را یاد خواهند کرد:


> "من سوگند یاد می‌کنم (یا تصدیق می‌کنم) که از حقوق، آزادی‌ها و کرامت تمام ایالات و مردم ایالات متحده آمریکا حمایت کرده و اتحاد را بدون کینه، برتری‌طلبی یا تقسیم حفظ کنم. به کمک خداوند."




ماده ۶: حل‌وفصل نهایی


این پیمان برای همیشه لازم‌الاجرا خواهد بود مگر آنکه با توافق کامل همه پنجاه ایالت و از طریق روندهای قانونی قانون اساسی اصلاح شود. هیچ پیمان، قانون یا اعلامیه بعدی نمی‌تواند بدون اصلاح رسمی قانون اساسی، شناسایی این توافق را لغو کند.


هر دو فرمانده کل نیروها با امضای زیر، گواهی بر این توافق مقدس می‌دهند:
